Quality Issues – What We’ll Do

If you receive mangoes with significant quality concerns (damage, spoilage, or transit-related issues):

  • Please notify us within 6 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos for assessment

After review, we will offer:

  • Store credits, or

  • Replacement (case-by-case, per affected fruit)

 

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in ripeness, color, or natural marks are normal for farm-fresh produce and do not qualify as defects

  • Claims raised after 6 hours of delivery may not be eligible

  • For situations outside the above, resolutions (if any) are at MANGOPOINT’s discretion
