Shipping policy

  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times for standard orders are :
    Mangoes are shipped from India to USA which is a lengthy compliance specifc process. Once the mangoes arrive the US inland, Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the mango arrival. We do our best to ship mangoes from India to USA so the Orders placed on Fridays and over the week-end will be shipped out the following week. While it takes 5-12 days for Shipping Mangoes to USA. Once we dispatch and update the tracking, you should receive your orders in:
    • West Coast : 2 – 3 business days
    • Mid-West : 3 – 4 business days
    • South West : 4 - 5 business days
    • East & South East : 5 –6 business days
  • We reserve the right to choose the shipping method to ensure delivery to your doorstep. We usually ship by FEDEX, UPS or US Postal Service.
  • Please note that if your package is returned by the Shipper as ‘Undeliverable’, you are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping charges, unless the mistake in shipping is due to oversight by Mangopoint.
  • Store Pickup:  We offer 'Store Pick up' facility  from our Warehouse (Currently only one location) for customers in and around the Chattanooga. While Checking out, choose the Store Pick up Option and enter the Date and Time per the 'Menu Options' and you can come and collect your ordered products. 
  • Mangopoint reserves the right to restrict an ‘Upper’ buying limit on any items, especially if the items are priced to promote sales.
  • Out of Stock or Back Ordered items:
    It is possible that your order may have items that are currently back ordered or Out-of-Stock. In such cases, it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via email or call. If you do not want substitutes, kindly send an email to advise us.
